What is Evervine?

Evervine is a fresh, organic, plant-based meal delivery service available in the San Francisco Bay Area. Each week, we stock your fridge each week with delicious, ready-to-eat, organic, plant-based meals. Our mission is to make truly healthy eating the easiest and most convenient decision you make each day.

How do Evervine subscriptions work?

An Evervine subscription is the easiest, most convenient way to enjoy life-changing plant-based meals throughout your busy week. We'll charge your card on a recurring weekly basis, and you'll receive complimentary delivery. We invite you to return your jars with each subsequent delivery by leaving them on your doorstep. There is absolutely no commitment—you can skip weeks of your subscription if you're traveling or simply want a break, increase or decrease your days of meals for any given week, and cancel your subscription at any time without any penalty. 

What can I do with my jars?

We invite you to return your jars with each delivery, by leaving them on your doorstep. For any jars you choose to keep or recycle, a $1/jar deposit is added to your account.

Can Evervine accommodate my food allergies?

Yes. Our entire menu is gluten-free, dairy-free, and free from refined sugar, hydrogenated oils, and GMOs. If you have any additional food allergies, you'll be asked during checkout to indicate which foods we should avoid in your program, and we'll make sure to do so.

Please note: we do our best to accommodate allergies, but we are unable to accommodate severe allergies at this time.

Can I choose my menu?

We offer a fixed menu of delicious meals that rotates weekly and seasonally. While you can't choose specific meals, each meal is designed for optimal health and deliciousness, using the best-quality organic ingredients available.

Do Evervine meals need to be kept refrigerated?

Yes! We use absolutely no preservatives, so Evervine meals are highly perishable. We're so proud of this! Please keep your Evervine jars refrigerated at home and in an insulated lunch bag with an icepack if you're in transit.

Are your meals portable?

Yes! Evervine jars are designed to be portable and to travel with you. Toss them into your bag, take them with you to work, enjoy them on the go, in a meeting, or on a walk. Remember they are highly perishable, so make sure to always store them with an icepack on-the-go.

Why glass jars?

Our vision is to create the cleanest, most sustainable meal subscription service in the world. Glass is pure, leaving food just as we found it: natural and chemical-free. Glass is also sustainable: each week, we invite you to leave your glass jars on your porch (just like with the milkman), so we can reuse them. No more bulky packaging that takes up valuable space in your recycling bin, frustrating you and harming the planet. We believe in a meal delivery service that doesn't create heaps of waste.



When are deliveries made?

Deliveries are made by 6am on Mondays and/or Wednesdays, so your meals are at peak freshness for you to enjoy over the course of each week.

How do I return my jars to you?

Simply place your rinsed jars in your Evervine tote and leave them on your doorstep the night before each delivery. For any jars you choose to keep or recycle, a $1/jar deposit is added to your account.

Where do you deliver?

We delivery throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. We're currently accepting reservations for delivery to Atherton, Belmont, Berkeley, Burlingame, Campbell, Castro Valley, Cupertino, Daly City, Emerald Hills, Emeryville, Hillsborough, Los Altos, Los Gatos, Menlo Park, Marin, Milbrae, Mill Valley, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Portola Valley, Redwood City, San Bruno, San Francisco, San Jose, San Mateo, Saratoga, Santa Clara, Sausalito, South San Francisco, Stanford, Sunnyvale, and Woodside.

Will my food stay fresh in transit?

Our delivery bags are insulated and include ice packs to keep your food at safe temperatures throughout delivery. The ice packs may no longer be frozen upon delivery, and this is okay. Your food should still be cold. To ensure optimal freshness, we recommend storing meals in a refrigerator as soon after delivery as possible. All meals will stay fresh for up to three days after delivery with proper refrigeration.



How do I pause or skip deliveries?

Email or text us by Thursday of the preceding week to pause and credit any meal days to your account, to reschedule anytime in the future. Credited meal days never expire, and you can text or email us to reschedule!

What is the return policy for Evervine's meal delivery program?

When you order an Evervine subscription, you will be charged immediately for your first week of deliveries, and not again until your program begins. Once your program begins, your card will be charged each Monday for the following week's deliveries. Refunds will not be issued once your card has been charged. Pausing or skipping deliveries is easy: see above.
